TL;DR

Middle Manual QA Tester (iGaming): Defining, developing, and implementing quality assurance best practices and procedures for the New Sports API team with an accent on accurate defect identification, reporting, and backend testing. Focus on conducting root cause analysis, performing End-to-End, Black Box, Grey Box, Exploratory, Smoke, and Regression Testing.

Location: Must be based in Changsha, China

What you will do

  • Constantly identify high-quality bugs and perform accurate regressions of existing bugs.
  • Define, develop, and implement quality assurance best practices and procedures, including test plans and test cases.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on identified defects, providing sufficient details for understanding, replication, and resolution.
  • Perform End-to-End, Black Box, Grey Box, Exploratory, Smoke, and Regression Testing.
  • Perform tests mainly on Back End systems.
  • Support developers in bug identification and reproduction, working closely to deliver quality software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar Manual QA position.
  • Knowledge in working with issue trackers like JIRA.
  • Experience in working with test management tools like TestRail.
  • Accuracy in reporting issues, including all steps to reproduce and observed behavior.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies, procedures, SDLC, and STLC processes.
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing).

Nice to have

  • Any experience with QA automation, such as writing Postman scripts.
