What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support your direct team through continuous feedback.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners in your area of expertise.
• Contribute to various stages of game design and development within a multidisciplinary production team.
• Maintain smooth communication with design, art, and production departments for optimal project component integration.
• Bring expertise to determine appropriate technical approaches for project delivery.
• Ensure code quality and apply best development practices (code reviews, testing, optimization).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related diploma combined with equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of development experience.
• Experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar position.
• Strong command of the Unreal Engine.
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and strong optimization skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English (required).
