What you will do

• Define and maintain the product vision and strategy for the assigned domain in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Deliver and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the total product backlog, ensuring high-quality features are delivered at pace.
• Work with stakeholders across business units, including customers, sales, and engineering, to maintain a clear product vision.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Monitor and measure product performance using data-driven metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Significant experience in senior product ownership, product management, or technology delivery, ideally in financial services or decisioning software.
• Proven track record in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban) with deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Evidence of working on the delivery and commercialization of new and existing cloud-based products, ideally with AI experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to credit and personal data (e.g., GDPR, Consumer Duty).
• English: B2 required.
