Salary: £61,600 to £77,000 to £92,400 GBP

What you will do

• Set up "work types," workflows, and forms in Sharedo to align with each client’s business processes.
• Customize fields, layouts, and business rules to meet client requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to clients and partners, helping them confidently use Sharedo's configuration tools.
• Lead engaging workshops to demonstrate how to effectively configure and optimize the platform.
• Create clear, easy-to-follow documentation for platform configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Consultants enabling them to continually develop their skills and competencies.

Requirements

• Proven ability to configure business software using low-code or configurable platforms.
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to non-technical users.
• Skilled at writing clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead a team of experienced delivery experts.
• Ability to identify issues and quickly implement effective configuration solutions.
• 20% Travel to visit client sites and cross functional meetings.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice to have

• Legal Technology experience is highly desirable.
• Background in Workflow Design or Process Modelling is a strong plus.
