Location: Livingston, NJ / New York, NY / Sunnyvale, CA / Bellevue, WA/ Remote, US. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. This position requires access to export controlled information, applicant must either be (A) a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, (B) eligible to access the export controlled information without a required export authorization, or (C) eligible and reasonably likely to obtain the required export authorization from the applicable U.S. government agency.

What you will do
- Prioritize and execute on documentation projects, including new product docs, tutorials, guides, and example scripts.
- Test user workflows, understand tool integration into the machine learning lifecycle, and create/collaborate on example scripts.
- Aggregate feedback from external users and internal teams (Support, Customer Success, Growth, Solutions Architects).
- Advocate for clarity and concision in documentation by defining and maintaining a style guide.
Requirements
- 5+ years writing technical documentation for software developers, data scientists, or machine learning practitioners.
- Expertise in writing scripts for product interactions and generating documentation (e.g., code ingestion, YAML for Kubernetes, API calls to LLMs).
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee, or eligible to obtain required export authorization from the U.S. government agency.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI at work, including interfacing with LLM APIs and optimizing solutions.
- Experience using common ML frameworks (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch).
