What you will do
- Provide Level 1/2 technical and functional support for SaaS financial solutions (Viareport Consolidation and Lease).
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve client-reported technical and functional incidents in compliance with established SLAs.
- Advise clients on solution best practices and collaborate with Professional Services on implementation projects.
- Leverage expertise in financial consolidation processes and IFRS 16 standards for lease contract management.
- Coordinate with development and cloud teams, escalating complex requests and enriching the technical knowledge base.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or equivalent, with experience in application support (ideally in the financial field).
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation principles and IFRS 16 standards.
- Proficiency in accounting closing processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
- Familiarity with SaaS environments, cloud architectures, and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce).
Nice to have
- Database proficiency and SQL query skills.
- Experience or interest in AI tools applied to customer support, including leveraging AI-generated solutions.
