Customer Onboarding Manager (Fintech): Supporting entrepreneurs and investors through company creation and capital increase stages, ensuring a seamless experience and resolving inquiries with an accent on providing exceptional customer support and implementing continuous improvements. Focus on analyzing daily customer problems, optimizing problem-solving approaches, and collaborating cross-functionally to refine internal processes.

Location: On-site in Barcelona or Paris. This is a hybrid role, part of a team split between Paris and Spain.

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (email, chat) for capital increase inquiries and questions from French companies.
  • Act as the voice of customers by analyzing daily problems and collaborating with Product, Tech, Compliance, and AML teams for continuous improvements.
  • Set up and maintain internal processes, create/update FAQs and macros, and provide feedback to KYC/B and Product teams.
  • Take ownership of identifying anomalies, optimizing problem-solving, and assisting clients, notaries, accountants, and experts in capital operations.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, with a track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in both English and French with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to identify patterns, work with technical teams, and demonstrate strong organization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate customer needs into actionable insights.
