What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels (email, chat) for capital increase inquiries and questions from French companies.
- Act as the voice of customers by analyzing daily problems and collaborating with Product, Tech, Compliance, and AML teams for continuous improvements.
- Set up and maintain internal processes, create/update FAQs and macros, and provide feedback to KYC/B and Product teams.
- Take ownership of identifying anomalies, optimizing problem-solving, and assisting clients, notaries, accountants, and experts in capital operations.
Requirements
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, with a track record of customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in both English and French with exceptional written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to identify patterns, work with technical teams, and demonstrate strong organization.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to translate customer needs into actionable insights.
