What you will do

• Work closely with Product teams to develop optimal technical design and approach for product development.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules, managing daily development activities.
• Manage departmental resources, staffing, and enhance a best-of-class development team.
• Oversee the overall systems development life cycle within an Agile-SCRUM framework.
• Deliver quality applications on-time and on-budget.
• Build an effective development organization by driving recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 5 years focused on data movement and API management.
• 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams within the SCRUM development framework.
• Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS applications.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
