What you will do
- Work closely with Product teams to develop optimal technical design and approach for product development.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules, managing daily development activities.
- Manage departmental resources, staffing, and enhance a best-of-class development team.
- Oversee the overall systems development life cycle within an Agile-SCRUM framework.
- Deliver quality applications on-time and on-budget.
- Build an effective development organization by driving recruiting, hiring, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 5 years focused on data movement and API management.
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role.
- Proven leadership of engineering teams within the SCRUM development framework.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS applications.
- Deep expertise in C#, .NET, Angular, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
