What you will do

• Lead technical direction for a vertical slice team, owning systems end to end.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, design, and production code where it adds most value.
• Shape, review, and approve solution designs for a shared commercial platform.
• Support and develop a team of engineers while maintaining high technical standards.
• Ensure the platform remains clean, scalable, and easy to work with as it grows.
• Work closely with Product to deliver revenue-critical features at scale.

Requirements

• Strong background as a senior software engineer in an object-oriented language (.NET or similar).
• Proven experience leading technical design and architectural decisions.
• Hands-on capability with production systems at scale and complex codebases.
• Experience owning systems end to end, including databases and operational concerns.
• Ability to balance individual contribution with team leadership and mentorship.
• Cloud experience is desirable (AWS preferred).

Hiring process

• Initial chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom).
• Take home task - complete the task and present it back to the team (1 hour video via Zoom).
• Final interview with our team and a Senior / Lead Developer (1 hour video via Zoom).
