What you will do

• Lead and take ownership of major engineering projects.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on new features.
• Write production code and influence architectural decisions.
• Mentor other engineers and provide feedback on code reviews.
• Build scalable backend services and dashboards.
• Deploy to production and monitor system performance.

Requirements

• Technical hands-on leadership with 6+ years in software development and 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
• Strong full-stack skills and a deep understanding of software design, performance optimization, and testing.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Must be located in Uruguay.
