What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization.
• Manage release and sprint planning processes, including setting goals and successful delivery.
• Actively mitigate risks and issues impacting successful team completion of goals.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.
• Produce documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support various initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years as Product Owner/Manager in enterprise software.
• Strong Agile/Scrum skills with proven backlog and delivery management.
• EPM exposure through direct product ownership, adjacent financial software, EPM implementation/consulting, heavy EPM user/business analyst role, or integration work with EPM platforms.
• Understanding of basic EPM concepts: planning cycles, versions/scenarios, dimensionality, allocations.

Nice to have

• SaaS/cloud software background.
• Finance or accounting knowledge (CPA, CMA, finance degree).
• BI tools and data visualization familiarity.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
• Awareness of common EPM pain points and user workflows.
