TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) requiring presence in London or Birmingham, United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Manage multiple creative projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate resources across the agency team, including creatives, designers, and production specialists.
  • Track project finances, manage budgets, and raise purchase orders.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
  • Write comprehensive creative briefs and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or Birmingham, United Kingdom, and able to work 3 days in the office.
  • Demonstrated account management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
  • Demonstrable ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience writing creative briefs and presenting work.
  • English: B2 proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, technology, or B2C brands.
  • Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
  • Understanding of agile working methodologies.
