What you will do
- Manage multiple creative projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate resources across the agency team, including creatives, designers, and production specialists.
- Track project finances, manage budgets, and raise purchase orders.
- Build strong working relationships with internal marketing, product, and commercial teams.
- Write comprehensive creative briefs and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or Birmingham, United Kingdom, and able to work 3 days in the office.
- Demonstrated account management experience within advertising, creative agencies, or marketing teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing creative projects from brief to delivery.
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
- Demonstrable ability to manage budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience writing creative briefs and presenting work.
- English: B2 proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience working in-house or with telecommunications, technology, or B2C brands.
- Familiarity with both brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
- Understanding of agile working methodologies.
