Location: This is a UK based role and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location. Teams in the office around four days a week, hybrid approach.

What you will do

• Develop an advanced understanding of media channels, channel ecosystems, and planning best practices.
• Translate strategic approaches into planning practices for specific client briefs and pitches.
• Oversee campaign management, ensuring quality control and output is of the highest standard.
• Build and maintain client and agency relationships at a mid-senior level.
• Lead brainstorm and idea creation for campaigns.
• Independently problem solve, integrate, and question data and insights to find solutions.

Requirements

• Develop breadth and depth of industry understanding and be able to train others.
• Use critical questioning and maintain a broad perspective when analyzing information.
• Have expert knowledge of client and agency structures.
• Lead the delivery of relevant and accurate information to drive maximum impact.
• Apply best practice to campaign management and act as the escalation point for issues.
• Apply knowledge of client, audience, channel, market, and category to effectively deliver compelling multi-media plans.
