What you will do

• Design and maintain infrastructure and networking systems that connect structured and unstructured data to LLMs.
• Build secure and compliant systems to process sensitive and valuable enterprise data.
• Ensure the platform supports large enterprise customer use cases while remaining reliable and efficient.
• Integrate data access and authentication with production model and agent systems.
• Collaborate with product, research, and forward-deployed engineering teams to optimize task capabilities.
• Own the reliability of built systems, including participation in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Expertise in deploying, configuring, and operating software systems within customer-managed infrastructure and networks.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data management fundamentals, including security, identity, access, performance, and reliability.
• Ability to thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid change.
• Must be based in or apply from San Francisco.
