Location: This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 USD (Zone 1: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

- Lead a cross-functional team (engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, marketers) to understand customer needs.
- Establish and execute product vision and strategy to help customers grow their investments on hirify.global.

- Work with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, and finance to ensure products are built correctly.
- Deliver high-quality and impactful products on time, embodying the mindset that ‘the product is the details’.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years experience building and shipping high-quality, consumer product experiences.
- Experience defining and launching large 0-1 products in the consumer or consumer-facing fintech space.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.
- A builder mindset—scrappy, ownership-driven, and motivated to make an outsized impact.
