What you will do

• Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Build and maintain the product management process from discovery to launch.
• Communicate and evangelize product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders.
• Capture product requirements and communicate them to the Product Owner and Agile team.
• Build a deep understanding of clients and their needs through market research.
• Manage a team of product analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, ideally within financial services or technology sector.
• Demonstrated success managing complex products through a full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and ability to oversee requirements documentation.
