What you will do

• Co-own CPO-driven initiatives, actively shaping strategic thinking and driving accountable outcomes.
• Serve as the CPO's strategic thought partner on major product decisions across the PM portfolio.
• Establish and enforce standards for product planning artifacts (roadmaps, business cases, strategy documents).
• Drive quality improvement across PM teams through direct feedback and identifying gaps in strategic thinking.
• Shape the content and outcomes of critical strategic sessions and planning cycles.
• Own strategic initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring follow-through and business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience with deep understanding of PM operating models and culture at scale.
• Demonstrated deep expertise in PM discipline, including building strategic clarity and establishing quality standards.
• Proven experience as a strategic partner to senior leaders, influencing organizational strategy.
• Strong ability to challenge assumptions constructively and elevate the rigor of product planning.
• Demonstrated capability to assess strategy quality, enforce discipline, and drive improvement through coaching.
• Proficient communication skills with ability to articulate strategic rationale to C-suite executives.
