What you will do
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support for macOS devices, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access levels (provisioning, deprovisioning, MFA, SSO) via Okta and Google Workspace.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac laptops using Kandji, monitoring compliance and security.
- Support collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Log and track support requests in Jira and maintain internal IT documentation.
- Handle IT orientation, device preparation, and secure data recovery for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of macOS troubleshooting and device management.
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji, Zoom, and Slack.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
