End User Technology Engineer

TL;DR

End User Technology Engineer: Providing onsite IT support and maintaining IT infrastructure for local users, with an accent on desktop, telephony, networking, and business applications. Focus on timely resolution of IT requests, deployment of equipment, and support for Windows 365 and Office 365 environments.

Location: Onsite in New York or Paramus, USA. Four (4) days in office required.

Salary: $40,000–$65,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide onsite IT support for the office, including L2/L3 support for end user technology issues.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure and support EUC hardware (laptops, desktops, printers).
• Support Windows 365 infrastructure, endpoints, video conferencing, and meeting room solutions.
• Deploy and collect IT equipment, manage IT assets, and provision phones including Teams for Voice.
• Perform network cabling/patching and provide hands & eyes support for remote teams.
• Work with vendors and local office management on office technology issues and requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a computer-related support or IT operational environment.
• Good technology understanding and awareness of MS technologies: Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 365.
• Experience with configuring and supporting Windows Desktop (10/11).
• Good written and communication skills in English (B2 required).
• Good customer focus, timekeeping, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Some basic experience with supporting physical networking.
