• Lead a team of 6 engineers, developing them through goal setting and feedback.
• Define and drive the long-term strategy for the user foundations area in partnership with technical and product leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and shape the roadmap.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-impact business outcomes.
• Uphold a high bar for technical quality and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, including time as a Staff-level engineer.
• 1+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep experience designing scalable, reliable architectures.
• Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
