What you will do

• Define and execute long-term technical strategy for the consumer platform, emphasizing API and data modernization.
• Lead a 90+ engineering organization to deliver a complex product roadmap with quality and velocity.
• Elevate operational standards for platforms, ensuring security, high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Product Management, Design, and Data Science.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team of passionate engineers and managers.
• Innovate with AI and platform technologies to build next-generation personalized experiences.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
• 5+ years of recent, deep experience leading platform engineering teams at scale.
• Proven track record of developing and executing a successful technical strategy.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and operating high-quality, large-scale SaaS or PaaS products.
• Exceptional ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across Product, Design, and business functions.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and distributed systems design.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI/ML to innovate and transform product experiences.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or a high-growth B2C environment.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
