What you will do

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce data quality across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting fields.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance tracking.
• Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable sales processes and workflows.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to align on KPIs, reporting needs, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong ability to interpret data, build forecasts, and optimise sales performance using tools like Excel, SQL Server (or any similar database platforms) and BI platforms.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, revenue metrics, and market dynamics.
• Skilled in presenting insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in improving sales processes and leading operational initiatives.
• Ability to think critically, evaluate scenarios, and support data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ, lead routing, or territory management.
• Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
