What you will do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide in-depth business analytics that informs planning and strategic decisions.
  • Support the GTC rhythm of business reporting, including regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and pipeline tracking.
  • Drive improvement of business processes by partnering with SFDC & Tableau platform owners and admins.
  • Create customized dashboards and automated reporting tools related to sales and customer success performance metrics.
  • Develop ad-hoc and proactive analyses, rooted in Salesforce & Tableau/Snowflake data, that provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with key sales and customer success planning activities during the planning and budgeting cycle.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an analyst in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a tech company.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, performance, and deadline-driven environment.
  • English: B2 required

Nice to have

  • Experience within the SaaS industry.
  • Salesforce certification or Lightning experience.
