What you will do

• Develop, track, and report KPIs for pre-sales, sales, and senior management to drive business performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, and finance teams to define and standardize KPI metrics.
• Analyze commercial process stages to identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
• Present KPI findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
• Support finance in building forecasts, budgets, and business cases for new and renewal opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, data management, or computer science.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
• Team player comfortable working across functions and levels.
