What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and govern internal SOPs, guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to align documentation with evolving practices.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions to promote tool and process adoption.
• Support testing, documentation, and rollout of new Salesforce features.
• Troubleshoot user issues and identify improvement opportunities for tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Curate and clean datasets across Salesforce, Excel, and shared repositories to maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Experience producing and maintaining process documentation and training materials.
• Solid business analysis skills (workflow mapping, identifying inefficiencies, gathering requirements).
• Experience in sales or marketing operations, or CRM administration.
• **Fluent in Excel** (functions, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• **Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud is strongly preferred.**
• **Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality in their own work.**

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B or sales environments.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation.
• Understanding of CRM workflows and campaign tracking.
• Familiarity with data visualization or query tools (e.g., Tableau, BigQuery).
