What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members in IT risk management practices.
• Utilize technical skills to collaborate with technology partners to address issues through remediation or acceptance plans.
• Oversee an extensive amount of issues within Archer, serving as a subject matter expert on Archer workflows and data governance.
• Utilize data points within the Archer Issue Management repository to conduct analysis on trends and gaps.
• Present findings and reporting to management, along with recommendations for improvement.
• Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve IT Risk procedures, practices, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience, including at least 5-6 years in a managerial position.
• Strong technical skill set or aptitude to collaborate with technology partners.
• Assertive work ethic with a passion for leading and developing others.
• Strong analytical, networking, communication (verbal and written), and documentation skills.
• Ability to present effectively to executive management and during audit engagements.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in hirify.global, payment, or technology industry.
• Certifications such as PCI Professional (PCIP), SSCP, CISSP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CRISC, CISA, CGEIT, GRC Professional (GRCP), or PMP.
