What you will do

• Lead the Information Security team, managing people, processes, and cyber technologies.
• Oversee National Office information security operations, including vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Drive InfoSec Architecture & Engineering, ensuring SSDLC integration and CI/CD across the National Office.
• Provide expert guidance and support on security initiatives, identifying gaps and advocating best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for the InfoSec team, ensuring program compliance with industry frameworks and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze security posture, delivering innovative cyber tech solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 12+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, including Information Security & Technology.
• At least one security industry certification (i.e., CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS).
• Progressive leadership experience in managing technical functions and security engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Experience managing outsourced managed security service providers (MSSP) or in-house SOC.
