What you will do
- Lead content strategy and execution for customer marketing channels (webinars, events, email, success stories).
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Product teams to define content strategy.
- Create and edit high-quality customer-facing content, coordinating translations and localization.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and narrative across all customer touchpoints.
- Track content performance and optimize based on engagement and upselling impact.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable working on upselling, retention, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple content channels (emails, webinars, events, landing pages).
- Skilled in project management, coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Experience working with translations and international markets.
- English: B2+ fluent required.
