TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Sales): Focused on bringing in new business development, you will combine proactive cold outreach with face-to-face field sales to win and onboard new partners. Focus on cost-benefit analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align solutions to their needs and business objectives.

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Call key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives.
  • Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • You are a true hunter and relationship builder.
  • You can multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in English and another language.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
