What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Business Analysts to define feature goals and product metrics.
• Design event-based tracking, ensuring events connect to business and user metrics.
• Run product analytics including funnels, cohorts, retention, LTV, conversion, and A/B tests.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (preferably in Tableau) for product usage and business reports.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for product, account management, and sales teams.
• Monitor data quality and validate tracking implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst with strong SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, CTEs).
• Experience with ClickHouse or strong willingness to ramp up quickly.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics (pandas, numpy, Jupyter notebooks).
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, including user/business metrics, cohorts, retention, funnels, and basic A/B testing principles.
• English B1+ required for comfortable documentation reading, written communication, and calls with colleagues/clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, B2B SaaS, or marketing platforms.
• Participation in event tracking / logging design.
• Understanding of iGaming unit economics.
• Basic statistics, including confidence intervals, p-values, and experiment interpretation.
