Senior Paid Media Executive (Paid Search): Optimizing paid media accounts across Google, Microsoft, and Meta for nationally recognized brands with an accent on delivering data & profitability analyses and improving campaign performance. Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in-office in London, UK. Up to 22 working days per year to "work from anywhere."

What you will do
- Execute paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta with autonomy and ownership of performance.
- Deliver data and profitability analyses to improve campaign performance and meet P/L goals.
- Perform and monitor A/B tests across digital platforms for continuous optimization.
- Be at the forefront of testing Google, Microsoft, and Meta’s new Search AI technology.
- Own strategy, execution, and success of paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with data engineering, marketing, and product teams to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience working on scaled paid search accounts.
- An analytical approach with the ability to use data to build strategies, evaluate success, and monitor performance.
- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, and scaling campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver on key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experienced user of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta.
- Experience working with Spreadsheets, Tableau, Dashboards, BigQuery, or SQL.
- Knowledge of the latest paid search industry trends.
