What you will do

• Build, document, and continuously improve design processes and workflows.
• Lead and mentor a ready-made team of product, UX/UI, and visual designers.
• Establish effective collaboration between design, product, and engineering.
• Own design planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and proactively solve them.
• Represent design at a strategic level within the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product/design roles, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building or scaling design processes.
• Experience managing and developing a team of designers.
• Ability to think systematically and translate chaos into clear processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams.
