We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of a product where habit formation and gamification aren't features-they're the foundation.

What you will do

• Own the entire design process from discovery through delivery to impact measurement.
• Design the habit layer - streaks, rewards, progression systems, feedback loops.
• Make complex data feel simple - dashboards, reports, journals, learning flows.
• Integrate AI so it feels native within the experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure we're building the right thing, the right way.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design.
• Strong end-to-end skills in UX strategy and UI craft.
• Proven gamification and habit-building work.
• Experience with data-heavy products.
• Ownership mentality, measuring success by user outcomes.
• EMEA Time Zone overlap

• Experience with AI-native products or ML-powered features.
