What you will do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and KPIs for Programmatic UA.
- Design and lead experimentation across inventory, formats, bidding, and audiences.
- Act as the go-to expert on DSPs, SDKs, measurement, and industry trends.
- Partner with Creative, UA, BI, AdTech, and Game teams to drive impact.
- Build playbooks, dashboards, and automation to scale performance.
- Lead vendor relationships and research new market opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Programmatic mobile UA / Mobile Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SDK networks, auctions, and attribution.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset and ability to influence without authority.
- Clear communication skills to turn complexity into actionable insights.
