What you will do

• Design responsive web experiences for the company's website and landing pages, aligning with brand DNA and strategic goals.
• Lead large-scale design projects from concept to final execution, managing the creative process and timelines.
• Evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all mediums.
• Create designs for both digital environments (web/mobile) and physical brand experiences (events, booths, print collateral, and swag).
• Collaborate with Content, HR, and Product Marketing to bring a design-first perspective to company initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing & web design at a product company, startup, or leading agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end web design and brand identity work with strong typography, sophisticated layouts, and an eye for systems.
• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in both digital environments (web/mobile) and physical/print production (events, booths, etc.).
• Experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• English: C1+ required (Excellent English communication skills).

Nice to have

• Motion design / After Effects skills.
• Experience with AI tools.
