What you will do
- Build, develop, and execute strategic programs to accelerate revenue through hirify.global and Microsoft partner ecosystems.
- Maintain alignment with global and regional counterparts and collaborate with sales, technical sales, enablement, and marketing teams.
- Apply in-depth program management methodologies to highly strategic and complex projects, overcoming roadblocks in a matrixed environment.
- Define objectives and key results (OKRs), track reporting on partner business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement programs.
- Own relationships with key leadership across hirify.global and Microsoft to drive consensus for global joint partner motions.
- Provide hirify.global thought leadership to Microsoft teams and engage with the hirify.global Partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in program management, product management, project management, or customer success (or Bachelor's + 5+ years, or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years experience working with or in the partner ecosystem, ideally focused on Global Alliance / Global System Integrators or Global Channel Sales partners.
- Ability to work across different time zones based on customer needs with a willingness to travel (approximately 25%).
- 3+ years experience working at a high-growth SaaS technology company with a demonstrated history of executing complex, revenue-focused initiatives.
- 2+ years experience in revenue go-to-market program management and a deep understanding of the Microsoft sales ecosystem.
- Experience developing strategies that drive global impact while meeting and exceeding joint revenue targets, and defining, piloting, implementing and scaling programmatic partner programs.
