TL;DR

GTM Strategy & Planning Manager (AI): Leading the execution of cross-functional programs to enhance operational maturity across GTM teams with an accent on defining business requirements, designing efficiency solutions, and driving successful program implementation. Focus on translating executive vision into actionable plans, coordinating business readiness, and leveraging AI to boost productivity.

Location: Remote (USA). Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 USD annual base salary

What you will do

  • Serve as Program Manager for strategic GTM initiatives, collaborating with post-sales teams including Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Translate executive vision and business needs into actionable program plans, defining business requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Drive the execution of cross-functional projects and programs, coordinating business readiness and technical delivery.
  • Own projects, programs, and roadmaps to address critical tooling and process gaps, leveraging AI and automations for efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation and workflows for all owned programs.
  • Partner with senior leadership and internal stakeholders, providing analytics and reporting on program success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated program or project management experience with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate executive vision and business needs into clear business requirement documents and program plans.
  • Experience in managing large, ambiguous projects that required both critical thinking and tactical execution.
  • Deep understanding of GTM motions and strong familiarity with customer post-sales lifecycle, along with experience in Account Management, Renewals, Customer Success, Support, or an Operations role supporting post-sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

  • Experience with Customer Success Platforms (Planhat, Gainsight).
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.
