What you will do

• Lead product definition, vision, and long-term goals for Generative AI products using working backwards strategy.
• Drive product planning and development, ensuring alignment with customer goals and business requirements.
• Own the Go-to-Market (GTM) plan and lead product launches to achieve business objectives.
• Manage product operations, including monitoring customer feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Facilitate interaction with technical teams, aiding in tradeoffs and product QA/testing.
• Track and report on service revenue and customer adoption through regular business reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related fields).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products with full product lifecycle ownership, from concept through GTM.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building SaaS products in the healthcare domain.
• Experience in launching AI/ML powered applications and products.
