TL;DR

Senior Commercial Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights and implementing strategies to accelerate revenue growth with an accent on sales analytics, process optimization, and CRM management. Focus on identifying user friction points, suggesting enhancements for the local Brazilian offering, and providing commercial feedback to product and technology teams.

Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week in São Paulo Office

What you will do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends and develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
  • Monitor and report on the commercial performance, adoption, and usage of the hirify.global Connect platform.
  • Collaborate to enhance existing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and revenue forecasts to identify opportunities for growth, customer segmentation, and cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Utilize data from hirify.global Connect to identify user friction points, suggest enhancements for the local Brazilian offering, and provide commercial feedback to product and technology teams.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing training support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales/product analyst or similar role, preferably within the fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Looker BI, Excel/Gsheets and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is desirable
