TL;DR

Mid Market Sales Executive (Fintech): Driving new logo growth within the DACH region, focusing on identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities. Focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market and building a robust sales pipeline.

Location: Remote. Must be based in Germany, with Frankfurt or the Rhein-Main region preferred. Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.

What you will do

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes within the Office of the CFO; treasury experience is a plus.
  • Ability to drive sales independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Fluent German and English is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
