What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partner channels.
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with solution architects and product specialists to craft compelling proposals.
- Forecast sales activities and revenue achievement with accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and articulating business value.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
