What you will do
- Support recruiting operations by scheduling interviews and updating ATS records.
- Manage onboarding processes, including gathering documents and creating contracts.
- Prepare and maintain contracts, offer letters, and other employee updates.
- Assist with performance review cycles by preparing templates and organizing feedback forms.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs and company-wide HR communications.
- Partner with payroll, accounting, and external vendors to help ensure timely payments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or Recruiting.
- Comfortable working with HR/ATS tools (Lever and Rippling/Gusto a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
