TL;DR
HR Generalist (HR Operations): Supporting day-to-day HR administration with an accent on Poland-focused processes, HRIS data management, and first-line employee support. Focus on ensuring employment compliance, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, and processing variable pay input for payroll.
Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Primary HR support for Poland, secondary for the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Process joiners, leavers, and employee changes in Workday, maintaining accurate employee files and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing HR documentation and cooperating with immigration support for compliance.
- Prepare employment contracts, addenda, cooperation agreements, and other employment-related documents, ensuring timely signatures and filing.
- Manage employee lists for benefits eligibility and enrollment, coordinating with benefits providers as needed.
- Process variable pay input for Polish (and UK as needed) payroll and closely cooperate with the Accounting Team and outsourced payroll provider.
- Provide first-line HR support to employees, triaging and responding to routine HR enquiries for Poland and the UK.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar support role.
- Experience supporting Polish HR processes strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable working with HRIS systems and MS Office/Google Suite.
- Polish fluency required and English fluency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with the UK HR processes.
- Exposure to working with outsourced payroll providers.
- Experience using Workday.
