People Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Workday), ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
• Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement HRIS solutions.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Workday-related queries.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for HR metrics.
• Support HRIS system upgrades and implementations of new modules or features.

Requirements

• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Workday Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Workday and experience with related people systems (Greenhouse, Lattice, Pave).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure HRIS compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

• Workday Certification(s) is highly desirable.
