Focus on supporting managers in performance management, team health, and people development.

Location: Hybrid location for candidates from Ljubljana

What you will do

• Translate business priorities into a people roadmap with clear owners and timelines.
• Own end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers and improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
• Define and implement role clarity frameworks, goal setting, and feedback loops.
• Implement and maintain the hirify.global Management System, ensuring company-wide alignment.
• Support and coach managers in performance management, team health, and people development.
• Ensure HR hygiene - contracts, policies, documentation, privacy, consistent processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR / People Ops (startup/scale-up experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of building HR systems that get adopted.
• Experience in supporting managers: expectation-setting, feedback, performance issues.
• Experience with remote-first teams across multiple countries.
