What you will do
- Translate business priorities into a people roadmap with clear owners and timelines.
- Own end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers and improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
- Define and implement role clarity frameworks, goal setting, and feedback loops.
- Implement and maintain the hirify.global Management System, ensuring company-wide alignment.
- Support and coach managers in performance management, team health, and people development.
- Ensure HR hygiene - contracts, policies, documentation, privacy, consistent processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR / People Ops (startup/scale-up experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of building HR systems that get adopted.
- Experience in supporting managers: expectation-setting, feedback, performance issues.
- Experience with remote-first teams across multiple countries.
