What you will do

• Develop creative directions and storyboards with account teams.
• Film and edit high-quality brand videos, campaign ads, CEO interviews, and other client projects.
• Manage and direct shoots, collaborating with clients and talent when required.
• Apply new video formats and editing styles to creative campaigns.
• Organise projects to meet agreed briefs, budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with both filming and video editing, including storytelling, shoot style, overlays, and aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret a brief and turn it into an implementable production plan.
• Strong camera skills and a good eye for staging, lighting, sound, and framing.
• Understanding of audio mixing, music looping, transitions, colour correction, and colour grading.
• Final Cut Pro experience is essential.
• Flexibility to travel for shoots.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or After Effects experience.
