What you will do

• Establish creative directions for videos in collaboration with account teams, including storyboarding.
• Film and edit high-quality videos to meet client requirements and briefs.
• Manage and direct video shoots, working with clients and talent as needed.
• Stay updated on new video formats and editing styles, incorporating them into creative campaigns.
• Organize work to ensure projects are produced on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Interpret briefs and turn them into implementable plans.
• Passion for creative ideas with an eye for detail.
• Good understanding of audio, including mixing, looping, and transitions.
• Knowledge of color correction and grading footage for consistency.
• Strong camera skills.
• Final Cut Pro experience essential.
• Flexibility to travel for shoots.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics/After Effects skills.
