What you will do

• Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering game development projects.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure transparent communication and collaboration across game design, art, development, QA, and product teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Track progress and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Continuously improve project management processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Producer, ideally in game or software development.
• Solid understanding of agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
• Experience working with cross-functional, international, and remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of game development pipelines and cross-disciplinary workflows.
• Confident stakeholder management with a clear, structured communication style.
• Experience with app stores (e.g., Apple Store Connect, Google Play Console).
