Requirements

• Extensive marketing experience (8-10 years) with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Good knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior, particularly among younger generations.
• Demonstrated ownership capabilities, entrepreneurial mentality, and a builder’s mindset.
• Proven success in executing marketing budgets effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
• Proven track record in organic social, earned media, and influencer partnership initiatives on a limited budget.
• Regional Marketing Experience in Indonesia, skilled at localizing global strategies while maintaining brand consistency.
• Excellent proficiency in both Bahasa and English.
