What you will do

• Lead the overall M&A integration program, establishing status updates, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability.
• Partner with functional teams to capture lessons learned and build a repeatable M&A integration playbook.
• Convert complex business decisions into actionable, cross-functional support plans.
• Facilitate regular synchronization meetings across teams to identify dependencies and ensure alignment.
• Distill project updates into clear, strategic insights for C-suite stakeholders, highlighting risks and required decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in M&A Integration, Strategic Operations, or Management Consulting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to translate abstract strategy into detailed, cross-functional project plans.
• Proven track record of driving alignment between teams to solve M&A friction points.
• High business acumen and critical thinking skills to connect disparate information across an organization.
• Expert-level soft skills and the ability to influence without formal authority to gain cross-functional buy-in.
• Curiosity and willingness to investigate root causes rather than just managing high-level status reports.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P) initiatives.
• Background in Computer Science or a technical field.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Experience in cross-functional transformation initiatives.
