Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annually (Bonus Pay included)

What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration, including vendor coordination, annual renewals, and open enrollment.
- Partner with brokers, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure benefits programs are administered accurately and compliantly.
- Act as an SME for Benefits and Rewards & Recognition programs, advising leadership on market trends and design improvements.
- Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs, including administration, communications, and enhancements.
- Contribute to benefits planning and renewals, including vendor evaluation and performance management.
- Independently drive smaller cross-functional People programs, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, or HR operations.
- Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs, including vendor coordination and compliance support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs is strongly preferred.
- Comfort operating in environments with changing priorities and evolving scope.
- Ability to work independently within defined direction and escalate appropriately when decisions are needed.
