TL;DR

Program Manager (People): Supporting the design, delivery, and evolution of people programs across HighLevel with an accent on US benefits administration, rewards & recognition, and operational excellence. Focus on driving cross-functional People initiatives, ensuring compliance, and optimizing program delivery at scale.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annually (Bonus Pay included)

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of US benefits administration, including vendor coordination, annual renewals, and open enrollment.
  • Partner with brokers, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure benefits programs are administered accurately and compliantly.
  • Act as an SME for Benefits and Rewards & Recognition programs, advising leadership on market trends and design improvements.
  • Manage and maintain rewards and recognition programs, including administration, communications, and enhancements.
  • Contribute to benefits planning and renewals, including vendor evaluation and performance management.
  • Independently drive smaller cross-functional People programs, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in people programs, benefits design and administration, or HR operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering US benefits programs, including vendor coordination and compliance support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Experience supporting rewards and recognition programs is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort operating in environments with changing priorities and evolving scope.
  • Ability to work independently within defined direction and escalate appropriately when decisions are needed.
